Good question. We were sort of hoping that if we threw enough people at the problem, stuff would happen. :-)

We have some really generic dice, but they could easily be customised; different number of sides, pictures on each side to show what part of the body is hit or the number of points lost, that kind of thing. We were thinking of having different dice for different weapons - a dagger die that is a high hitrate but not much HP, battleaxe die that has a big HP but most of the sides are misses. If you could be having ideas about that, have a look in the Weaponsmith area and work on some ideas for dice formulae. Then when you have something roughed up I can put it in the forum and we can test it out.

you could add defence dice... you have a set number of dice that you can shift between defence and offence, and a set non shiftable number to represent the equipment. might get extra attack/defence dice for certain equipment... like D&D and axe does 3d(axe) and a dagger does 5d(dagger) a fine dagger does 6d(dagger) that sort of stuff
